When I first reached out to schedule a session, I was really looking forward to getting my son involved in swim lessons. As a busy mom, I appreciated the convenience of having a local option. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. To put it simply, they had to cancel on me multiple times with little to no notice, which felt quite unprofessional. Communication could definitely use some improvement. I understand that things happen, but a bit more effort in keeping parents informed would go a long way. I just want reliability, especially when it comes to teaching my child such an important skill. It's tough to trust a place when consistent cancellations are the norm. I really hope they can work on this in the future! 😔
