I truly enjoyed the idea of getting some chiropractic care, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite hit the mark. After arriving, I found out that an X-ray was required first. I totally understand the need for proper assessment, but I was a bit caught off guard by the strict policy. When I expressed some hesitation about the X-ray, the staff seemed a little dismissive, which added to my frustration. I really think they should consider waiving that requirement for those who might feel uncomfortable. Even though I couldn't move forward with my treatment that day, I hope they can find a way to be a bit more flexible in the future. 😊
