When I first visited this place in San Antonio's Far West Side, I was excited for a pampering session, especially looking to enhance my lashes and eyebrows. I had heard decent things and was hopeful. However, I have to admit that my experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The services themselves, particularly the eyelash enhancements, were decent, but I felt let down by the staff's interactions. It seemed like they were more focused on getting through appointments rather than making sure each client felt welcomed and valued. I believe there's potential for this place to do great work, but it really needs to up its customer service game. A warm smile and engaging conversation can go a long way in this industry. I hope they take this feedback into account because I'd love to see them improve and create a more inviting atmosphere for future customers.

The moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere. I’d been contemplating getting hybrid lashes for a while and finally decided to go for it. The lash artist was incredibly patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. When she finished, I couldn’t believe how full and beautiful my lashes looked! They really enhanced my eyes without being too over the top. I left feeling glamorous and ready to take on the day. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm still just as in love with them. Definitely a great experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!
