I didn’t expect the experience to be so hit or miss. While the establishment in South Loop was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, I felt a bit let down by the prenatal massage. It was decent overall, but I was hoping for the full hour I had booked and to enjoy some relaxing aromatherapy as well. I think they need to ensure they're meeting those expectations for their clients. The elite masseuse did a good job, but with a few tweaks, this could be perfect for expecting moms looking to relieve stress.

When I first visited Elements Massage in the South Loop, I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience, but I left feeling quite disappointed. There seemed to be a misunderstanding about the type of massage I wanted, which really threw me off. The massage itself wasn’t bad, but the communication from the staff could be improved. It felt like they weren't very attentive and had bad attitudes, which added to my frustration. I genuinely think with better communication, it could be a much more positive environment. I hope they consider this feedback, as I’d love to return for the relaxation I originally sought.
