Once I set foot inside, I was hopeful for a relaxing experience. I had been looking forward to some rejuvenating nail services, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and, honestly, unprofessional. I felt like my requests were dismissed rather than valued, which was frustrating. Instead of the pampering session I had envisioned, it became more of a hassle. I appreciate the dedication to wellness, but I believe a little more attention to customer service and professionalism would go a long way in creating a truly welcoming environment. Sadly, this experience didn’t achieve the relaxation I was hoping for. I really wish they would take more time to train staff on how to truly connect with clients; it’s so important in this industry.

While I was exploring Park Slope last weekend, I stumbled upon this lovely spot for nail services. I decided to treat myself to the Citrus Quench Mani, and oh my goodness, it was heavenly! The citrus sea salt soak was not only refreshing but left my skin feeling super soft. Plus, the staff was incredibly pleasant and made the experience even more enjoyable. My nails looked absolutely fantastic afterward, and I loved how they took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. If you're in the area and need a little pampering, I can't recommend this place enough!
