While I waited for my Brazilian wax appointment at Elastic Wax & Laser Center, I was feeling pretty optimistic. I’ve had my share of waxing experiences, but this one left me a bit disappointed. The staff seemed a little intrusive and their communication wasn't as considerate as I hoped. The wax they used was definitely on the painful side, which made the whole process less enjoyable. I wish they'd opt for a gentler formula and maybe ease up on the small talk—everyone knows it’s a sensitive situation! All in all, I think I’ll look for a place that prioritizes comfort just as much as they do service.
