After my session, I felt relieved knowing that Dr. Garcia was doing my cataract surgery. He was professional and had a calming presence, which made me feel a lot better about the whole process. However, my experience was a bit frustrated due to the waiting time. I had to wait longer than expected, which added to my anxiety. While most of the staff was friendly and courteous, there was one assistant who was a bit rude, which was disappointing. I believe improving staff professionalism and reducing wait times would really enhance the overall experience.
