Without question, I've always been a fan of supporting local wellness businesses in Columbus. I recently purchased a few products, including some herbal tinctures and body butters, and had high hopes. The body butter worked wonders for my dry skin, but the tinctures? They were a bit hit or miss for me. 😕 I was excited to try the elderberry elixir, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I appreciate the natural and ethical approach, but consistency in product effectiveness is something that needs improvement. Plus, I had a rather cold interaction with one of the staff members, which was disappointing. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed when they're trying to support a local business. I genuinely hope they consider enhancing employee training for a better customer experience. Still rooting for them to get better because there's so much potential here! ❤️

I think they might benefit from automating the gift card email process; that way, it would feel a bit more seamless and polished. Overall, it's a lovely store with some amazing items—just wish the gift card process matched that same level of excellence.
