I’ll never forget my visit to Earth Tech Spa for a facial. I walked in feeling hopeful and ready to pamper myself, aiming to boost my self-confidence. The treatment itself was nice, and the ambiance was relaxing, but here’s where things took a turn—there was so much pressure to purchase additional equipment and treatments. I get that upselling is part of the game, but it really detracted from the experience. I think many of us just want a soothing escape every now and then. Despite that hiccup, I left with my skin feeling rejuvenated, but it would have been so much better without the added sales pitch vibes. I really think they could improve by giving clients space to breathe and enjoy the process without feeling like they’re on the spot. Fingers crossed for my next visit!
