I wasn’t expecting the level of disorganization I encountered during my last visit. The billing process was chaotic, and it took forever to get any answers regarding my records. I could see elderly patients in the waiting area struggling to understand the confusing procedures, which made me even more frustrated. It’s apparent that there needs to be a significant improvement in how they manage their records and treatment protocols to cater to all patients, especially those who might be more vulnerable.
