I’ve been going to DVCH in Feltonville for my annual check-ups, and while I appreciate the friendly staff, my latest experience left me a bit disappointed. The clinic has a warm atmosphere, and Dr. Sloan is always pleasant to talk to. However, I felt the appointment scheduling could use a little improvement. It would be great if they could update their online portal more regularly to reflect available time slots. Sometimes, it feels like a challenge to get a prompt response when I have questions, which can be frustrating. I believe DVCH has so much potential, especially with the variety of services they offer, like family medicine and women's health. A little tweak here and there could make the experience so much smoother. Hopefully, they can enhance their systems for better efficiency next time! 😊

While I was visiting for some much-needed medical care during my pregnancy, I had high hopes for a supportive and attentive experience. Unfortunately, the staff seemed rather disengaged, which was disappointing. When I inquired about my anemia diagnosis, it felt like I was more of a hassle than a patient. I know health workers are busy, but I believe we all deserve a little empathy, especially during such a vulnerable time. If they could improve their responsiveness and truly listen to patients' concerns, it would make a world of difference. Philadelphia has so many wonderful healthcare options; I just wish my experience here had matched the city's reputation.
