Right from the start, I was excited to try the services at Duncanville Nail Salon. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff seemed friendly. I opted for a nail and pedicure combo, hoping for a pampering experience. However, I was quite disappointed when I developed a severe infection in my right foot afterward. It makes me really question their sanitation practices. They definitely need to step it up beyond just spraying with alcohol. As someone who occasionally treats herself to a nail day, I was hoping for better quality and hygiene, especially at a local spot. I'm not sure I would return anytime soon unless I hear they’ve made some improvements.

I felt brushed aside, like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. When it came to the actual services, things took a turn for the worse. I ended up with a painful injury during my manicure. Instead of gentle care, I received a rather rough approach. I left feeling disappointed and with my nails in worse shape than when I arrived. It's safe to say I won't be returning any time soon.

From start to finish, my experience with the organic pedicure was quite pleasant. The technician was friendly and attentive, making the whole process feel relaxing. I loved how they used eco-friendly products, which felt good for both my feet and the planet! However, I was a bit disappointed when the polish chipped quite quickly after my visit. For the price, I expected it to last longer, especially since I was preparing for an event. If they could improve the quality of the polish, this place would be my go-to in Duncanville for pampering!
