After spending time trying to schedule an appointment at Duly Health and Care for my child's vaccination, I was left feeling pretty frustrated. I called a couple of times, but the staff was unresponsive, and it seemed like the appointment scheduling process could really use some improvements. I understand things can get busy, but it's tough when you're trying to secure something as important as a vaccination and you hit a wall.
