During my time at Duly Health and Care, I was really looking forward to receiving quality medical attention. Unfortunately, my experience left a bit to be desired, particularly regarding the treatment of the staff. It felt as though the employees were under tremendous pressure and not consistently valued by management. I couldn't help but feel that a happier workplace could lead to better patient care. It's disappointing to see such potential squashed by low morale. I sincerely hope they reconsider how they treat their employees, as this could significantly improve the overall experience for everyone involved.
