I couldn’t believe how excited I was for my dip powder nails. I've been really into nail enhancements lately, and I thought I'd found the perfect place. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. The owner seemed a bit rushed, and while I appreciated her enthusiasm, it felt like she didn’t take the time to really clean up around the edges. To make matters worse, my nails started to chip just a few days after the service. I would recommend that she slow down a bit to ensure everything is done right. I'm a regular at other salons in the area, so I know it can be done with a little more care. I might give it another shot someday, but only if I see some improvements.

I’d heard so many great things about Dream Nails and Spa, so I was really looking forward to my visit. I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, which I thought would be a relaxing experience. However, I found myself feeling quite frustrated instead. The staff was unresponsive, and I didn't receive the attention I was hoping for. I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued customer. While the quality of the nail care was okay, the overall customer service experience left much to be desired. I really wish they could improve their communication and service quality. I guess I’ll have to think twice before returning.
