I was pleasantly surprised by the calming ambiance in South San Jose. However, during my massage, I felt the pressure could've been better adjusted to my comfort level. I was seeking stress relief and pain relief, and while the hot stones added a nice touch, I left feeling a bit disappointed. It would be great if the therapists asked more about pressure preferences during the session. I might return, but I'll definitely communicate my needs more clearly next time.

Despite the good effort put into the massage, there's definitely potential for making the entire experience much more inviting.
