I’ve been searching for a reliable health clinic for my prescription renewals, but my experience here left much to be desired. The staff interaction was frustrating; I felt like I was more of a burden than a patient. After waiting longer than expected, I was told they couldn’t renew my prescription without clearer communication with my previous doctors. It’s in Egger Highlands, which is convenient for me, but the overall service did not match that ease. I really hope they can improve their follow-up processes because I’d love to give them another shot.
