When I first walked into the office in South Belt/Ellington, I had high hopes for my consultation regarding some joint pain I’d been dealing with. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly faded. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than on welcoming patients, which didn’t set the best tone for my visit. Dr. Burke was knowledgeable, but the checkout process felt like an eternity, and the staff's lack of warmth made it worse. I left feeling more frustrated than relieved. A little extra compassion and a faster checkout could go a long way around here.
