Dr. Gonzalez seemed knowledgeable but didn’t take the time to really listen to my concerns, which left me frustrated. I walked away feeling like just another number rather than a valued patient. The lack of warmth and attentiveness from the staff was disappointing, especially given that caring customer service is so crucial in the health and wellness field. A little training on interpersonal skills would go a long way here. While the services available seem appealing, I left not wanting to return anytime soon. I believe in the importance of connection in healthcare, and sadly, I didn't find that here.
