I’ve been treating myself to nail services for a while now, and I can genuinely say that my experience here was exceptional! If you’re looking to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, I have to be honest, this place in Katy left me feeling pretty disappointed. I went in for a refill on my nails, hoping to continue the beautiful look I had initially. Instead, I felt like the staff were more interested in mocking each other than making their customers feel welcome. I left with my nails looking less than stellar and a bit embarrassed by the whole experience. It’s such a shame, because I was looking forward to treating myself, but the atmosphere felt far from professional. I really hope they work on their service and customer interaction because I would love to support a local business, but I need to feel valued as a customer. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.
