I must say, my experience during a recent deluxe mani and pedi was absolutely delightful! Michelle and Elise were incredibly friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made all my stress melt away. The massage was heavenly, and the quality of work on my nails was top-notch. It felt more like a mini retreat than just a beauty treatment. If you’re in need of some pampering, definitely treat yourself here!

What drew me to this lovely spot in South San Jose was the promise of amazing acrylic nails, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! 😊 Jasmine was my nail artist, and her friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. I occasionally indulge in some nail enhancement, and this was by far one of my favorite sessions. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I loved how professional and attentive the staff were. If you're looking for a little pampering and some fabulous nails, I highly recommend checking this place out! ❤️

I was really looking forward to my express manicure, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite go as planned. Right from the start, the staff seemed a bit rushed and uninterested, which left me feeling less than great about the experience. The service itself was not up to par—my nails didn't have the care they needed, especially around the hang nails and cuticles. It felt like they were just going through the motions, rather than focusing on the details that make a manicure enjoyable. I think clearer communication about what the service includes would have helped set expectations better. I believe that with a bit more attention to customer service and nail care, this place could shine! 🌟
