When I first walked into Dilworth Dermatology in Charlotte, I was really hopeful about getting some expert help for my skin issues. Unfortunately, my experience was more disappointing than I had anticipated. Dr. Brown seemed rushed and a bit rude during our consultation, which left me feeling more confused than anything. I was prescribed medication that didn't really help, and the frustration of not getting competent guidance made it worse. I believe a little more patience and understanding would go a long way. I hope they focus on building a more supportive atmosphere in the future!
