After experiencing a serious health scare, I found myself in the emergency room at Dignity Health, and to say it was a frustrating experience would be an understatement. I was in critical condition and needed a blood transfusion, yet the care I received felt completely uncaring. Cheridan Featherstone, the practitioner I encountered, seemed more focused on getting through patients than actually listening to my concerns. I was discharged without adequate attention to my lab results, which raised serious concerns about my ongoing care. I believe they really need to improve their approach to patient care and take lab results more seriously before sending someone home. It’s disheartening to feel like your health isn’t a priority at a hospital, especially when every moment counts.

I was blown away by the incredible care my husband received at Dignity Health in Encanto Village. When he had to undergo heart bypass surgery, the staff were so quick-thinking and attentive—they really went above and beyond to ensure his survival. While the medical team was amazing, I did notice some challenges like nurse shortages and the food options could definitely use a boost. Overall, though, we felt very grateful for the care he received. The cardiac monitoring and follow-up support were top-notch, which makes all the difference when you're facing something so serious.
