I couldn’t believe how disappointing my visit was. I was really looking forward to some much-needed relaxation and scheduled a massage to unwind after a hectic week. However, when I arrived, there seemed to be a mix-up with my appointment, and the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. It felt like I was just left there waiting without any concern for me as a client. I really wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and the treatments they offer, but the lack of communication and organization really ruined the experience. If they could improve on scheduling and customer interaction, I’d love to give them another try, but for now, I’m left feeling frustrated and let down.
