When I first decided to step up my fitness game, I found Dexa Body and signed up for a VO2 Max Test. Overall, it was a pretty chill experience. I got my final results sent to me via email, which was super convenient. The only thing I wish they offered was the option to do the test on a bike instead of running on a treadmill. Sometimes, I think a bike would be a bit easier on my joints! But all in all, the insights I gained helped me understand my fitness better and how to push myself further.
