I loved how the sauna uses those colorful LED lights. It felt like a mini escape! I could feel the tension melting away, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. If you’re looking for a high-quality sauna experience and a bit of relaxation in the city, this is the place to go!

What surprised me during my visit was the lack of attention to emotional safety. The colon hydrotherapy itself was fine, but I unfortunately experienced some discomfort due to the ignorant comments made by the staff. I felt like the need for a safe and inclusive environment wasn't fully acknowledged, which is crucial, especially in a health setting. It's so important for places like this in Detroit to actively address and eliminate any microaggressions, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and respected. On a positive note, the therapy did provide some stress relief, but I left feeling frustrated. I really hope they can work on creating a more supportive atmosphere for all clients. 🤨
