Desert Ridge Outpatient Surgery Center

From the start, my experience here was less than ideal. I had prepared extensively for my outpatient procedure and was genuinely looking forward to it, but things just didn’t go as planned. 😞 The communication between the staff seemed lacking, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. I tried to ask questions and get clarity, but the staff often came off as dismissive and even rude at times. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially when I had put so much effort into preparing for the procedure. I think they really need to focus on improving how they interact with patients and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. It's so important to feel heard, especially when it comes to health matters. I hope my experience helps them improve in the future because everyone deserves better care.

It’s hard to find the right words to describe my experience here. I brought my sister for her procedure, and while I was hopeful it would go smoothly, I left feeling disappointed. The staff interaction was not what we expected; they seemed rushed and not very attentive to our concerns. We were looking for a compassionate environment, especially for her treatment, but it felt quite the opposite.
