Desert Cove Recovery

I didn’t expect to feel a little lost during my visit to Desert Cove Recovery, but the intake process was a bit confusing for me. While the staff was kind and understanding, I think there needs to be clearer communication about the therapist's roles and responsibilities. It's so important for returning patients to feel fully supported, especially when you're already navigating through recovery. Overall, I appreciate the services they offer and the caring environment, but it would really help to streamline this part of the process for everyone involved.

Without question, the treatment program I participated in at a facility in Mesa was a journey of ups and downs. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall structure and the dedication of the staff. They really know their stuff when it comes to holistic health techniques like mindfulness, yoga, and even acupuncture. However, I found myself feeling a bit frustrated at times, particularly when it came to communication. After completing the program, I had a tough time getting my certificate—they seemed to take their time with responses. If there's one area I think could use a little sprucing up, it would definitely be their follow-up communication. Still, I walked away with valuable tools to navigate my journey ahead, which I truly appreciate.
