When I first visited the clinic in La Paz Medical Center Condominiums, I had high hopes for my appointment with Dr. Kennedy. The medical care itself was good, and I felt reassured about my health needs. However, my overall experience took a turn when I interacted with the front desk staff. They seemed a bit overwhelmed and their attitude left much to be desired, which was disappointing given how great the doctors and nurses were. I’d love to see a little more warmth from the front desk, as that can really set the tone for a visit. Still, I’ll likely return when necessary but hope for better service next time!
