I went in hoping to set up primary care, but the staff seemed disconnected and communication was lacking between locations. While I’ve appreciated the wellness programs they offer, it shouldn’t be this difficult to access basic healthcare. I hope they can improve their coordination and streamline the process for veterans like myself.

After trying to get my annual check-up, I walked in with high hopes but left feeling pretty frustrated. The check-in process seemed a bit chaotic, and I found it tough to communicate with the staff.
