I’ve been searching for a good orthodontist for my child, and we decided to try Dental 360. While the staff was generally friendly, I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication around our appointments and the costs involved. After my visit to Dental 360 in Homan Square, I can't help but feel a bit frustrated. I walked in with high hopes for a dental appointment, but the long wait times really put a damper on my day. I noticed a lot of patients waiting like me, and it would have been nice if they provided some estimates for delays to manage expectations. On the upside, the staff were genuinely friendly and tried to make the best of the situation. I appreciate their efforts, but improving patient wait times would definitely enhance the overall experience. I want to continue caring for my dental health here, but I hope they can work on this soon!
