Without a doubt, I had some ups and downs during my visits to this center in Gurnee. The care I received from the providers, especially Dr. Crawford and Dr. Leyal, was genuinely great. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable insights to help with my health. However, my experience was overshadowed by some frustrating moments, particularly with the front desk staff. Their attitude felt dismissive, which didn't set a welcoming tone. Plus, I faced quite a bit of hassle with reimbursement issues that seemed to take ages to resolve. It would really make a difference if the staff could be a bit more courteous and the reimbursement process could be expedited. I really appreciate the healthcare provided, but these aspects left me a bit disappointed.
