Before leaving for my event in Northeast Philadelphia, I was really looking forward to my eyelash extensions and makeup application. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. I was hoping for a natural look, but I felt that my requests weren't really listened to, which left me feeling disappointed. The staff seemed distracted and not very attentive, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. I think there's definitely room for improvement in how they engage with customers—better communication could have made a world of difference.
