I never expected my visit to the Dallas Colon Care Center to leave me feeling underwhelmed. I opted for their Detox Special, which sounded perfect for my goal of detoxification, but the experience just fell short. First off, the staff seemed rushed and not particularly courteous, which made the whole experience feel less welcoming. Communication regarding the requirements for the sauna was lacking, and it would have been helpful to know I needed to stay hydrated beforehand. Additionally, the shower facilities were quite cramped, and I was surprised that there wasn't any soap available in the bathroom. My massage was okay, but I felt like the therapist didn’t focus on my specific concerns. On top of that, the treatment rooms could really use a deep clean before appointments, as they felt a bit neglected. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, and I think there’s definitely room for improvement in both service quality and facility maintenance.
