While I was at the Minute Clinic at CVS/Pharmacy, I went in hoping for some relief from my sore throat and cough. The staff was polite, but honestly, it felt a bit rushed. I was in and out quickly, which is usually great, but I left feeling like my concerns weren't fully addressed. I’d suggest slowing down a bit on the services to make sure everyone gets the thorough care they need. 😞 If you're in a pinch, they’ll definitely help you out, but I think more time spent with patients would make it feel more personal!
