I didn’t expect my experience to be so frustrating. After visiting the CVS/Pharmacy in Paradise Valley Village, I was left feeling quite disappointed. I brought my child in for a check-up, concerned about possible cold symptoms, but the experience felt frustrating. The male staff member was somewhat snarky and didn’t seem very helpful in addressing my concerns. On the other hand, the female provider was nice and much more thorough in her approach, which I appreciated. However, I think they missed an opportunity to consider COVID testing, especially when I specifically requested it. Overall, I was hoping for a much smoother experience for my child’s health check-up.

Right from the start, I didn't have the best experience at the CVS Pharmacy in Paradise Valley Village. I came in for some basic medical assistance and hopped over to their MinuteClinic, hoping for quick and helpful service. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unresponsive and I felt like I was left hanging. The billing issues added to my frustration; I expected it to be straightforward, but it felt chaotic. I really think they need to step up their communication and streamline their billing processes. They have services that could help a lot of people but my visit just didn't match that potential. Hoping they improve in the future! 🤷♂️
