I can’t even begin to explain how frustrating my experience was. I visited for a routine appointment, expecting some support on a billing issue I was dealing with. Instead, I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. The phone lines were nearly impossible to get through, which made everything worse. When I finally did manage to speak with someone, they were less than helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my problem. It felt like my concerns were just brushed aside, and I left feeling more confused and disappointed than when I arrived. I had high hopes for this place, but if customer service is what you need, it might be worth looking elsewhere. Communication is key, and it seems that's not on the agenda here. It’s a shame, really, because I wanted to get some wellness insights too but just couldn't get past the billing nightmare.
