I didn’t expect my visit to end with frustrations about billing. I went in for some tests I thought were covered by my insurance, but navigating the payment left me feeling disappointed. The service itself was fine, but if they could improve their billing practices to be clearer about insurance coverage, it would help a lot of folks. I bring this up because the care they provide is great; I just wish the payment side matched that quality.

I had an appointment for a COVID test, but when I arrived, it felt like I was completely ignored. After a long wait, I was told they couldn't provide the service despite having an appointment. It was incredibly frustrating. It would really help if they improved their communication regarding appointment statuses. I'm all for health screenings, but this experience left me disappointed and more stressed about my health rather than reassured. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
