After my visit, I have to say I was quite disappointed with the experience. I had booked a sleep study assessment, hoping to finally get answers about my restless nights and sleep issues. However, the process felt very disorganized, and I found it challenging to get any staff member's attention when I had questions. I was left waiting for a long time without any responses or assistance. It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed, which made the whole setting feel chaotic rather than comforting. I really wanted this assessment to be an opportunity for improvement, but instead, it felt like my concerns were brushed aside. I genuinely hope they can take steps to enhance their customer service and perhaps rethink how they manage staff availability. A little more attention to patient care could go a long way.

I heard about CVS/Pharmacy from a friend and thought I'd give it a try for some over-the-counter medicine. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. The pharmacist I approached seemed unhelpful and didn't assist me in locating the items I needed. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I really hope they can improve their customer service to better assist those of us looking for basic health supplies.

The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with such friendliness from the staff. It felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. Dr. Tauvia Ross conducted a thorough examination, and I appreciated how quickly she provided me with the results. It gave me peace of mind, especially with the various services they offer like diabetes screening and health evaluations. I do think they could do a better job promoting their walk-in availability, as I hadn’t realized how convenient it could be. Overall, I left feeling confident and well taken care of—definitely a go-to spot for health needs in Houston!
