While I was there for a routine TB test read, I walked away feeling a bit anxious about my experience. The nurse practitioner seemed a bit rushed and uninterested, which only added to my nerves. It's always a bit unnerving to go in for medical tests, and I was hoping for a more welcoming interaction. A little more empathy and patience from the staff would truly go a long way in making patients feel at ease. I've been to other places that made me feel comfortable and cared for—so it's disappointing when the service doesn't match that. I believe it’s crucial for healthcare professionals to remember that patients often come in feeling vulnerable and could use a bit more kindness.

As soon as I walked in for my Covid vaccine appointment, I had high hopes. However, my experience was anything but smooth. I found the staff to be surprisingly unhelpful, which added to my frustration. I went there thinking I could quickly get my vaccination but ended up leaving without it. Honestly, I think it would be beneficial for them to separate the Minute Clinic from the pharmacy so that patients can get the attention they need without the chaos. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I hope they can improve the efficiency and service in the future.
