To my surprise, I found my recent visit for vaccinations and a B12 shot to be quite disappointing. I used to appreciate how easy and quick the service was, but this time, it felt like quite the hassle. The staff seemed rushed and a bit rude, which made the experience even worse. I think they could really use some improvements in their record-keeping and maybe a little training on customer service. I go there occasionally for my health maintenance, but I’m wondering if I'll keep it up if things don’t change.
