While I was hoping for some clarity on my sleep issues, my experience here was quite frustrating. The staff seemed to lack helpfulness, and there wasn't much communication about the process. It didn't take long for me to make the trip to the CVS MinuteClinic on the Northwest Side of San Antonio for a strep test recently. The staff were friendly enough, and I appreciated their help, but my experience felt overshadowed by a frustrating billing delay that took way longer than expected to sort out. Communication could definitely improve here, as I found myself having to follow up multiple times just to get a clear answer. I really think timely billing and clearer communication could turn this around, but for now, I'm hesitant to return.
