When I arrived, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, which left me feeling a bit offended. I expected some warmth and understanding, especially since I was new to the services they offered. The pricing inconsistencies were a concern too; I felt like I didn’t get the value I anticipated from the deal. It's a shame because I wanted to love this place, but I think they really need to work on their staff's sensitivity and ensure that whatever pricing is advertised matches the experience provided.
