I have to say, my experience at this hair salon in Prospect Lefferts Gardens left me feeling pretty disappointed. I had taken my daughter there for a special styling for her first school dance, hoping she’d leave feeling like a princess. Unfortunately, the staff was a bit unfriendly from the start, which didn’t set a great tone. The styling itself was unsatisfactory; her hair didn’t look anything like what we had discussed. It didn’t hold up even through dinner, and I felt so upset seeing her so unhappy. It’s a shame because we were really looking forward to making this a fun experience.

I appreciate their creativity, and I think they could really benefit from better understanding and follow-up with customers. I occasionally schedule appointments here, and I still see potential since they offer a wide range of beauty services, but I definitely hope for more effective communication in the future.
