After my session, I left feeling more frustrated than fulfilled. I joined a hot power fusion class hoping to find that invigorating challenge I’ve experienced elsewhere, but this time, the instructor just didn't meet the mark. It felt like they were unprepared and allowed the class to veer off track. The atmosphere didn't feel supportive, and I found it hard to focus on my practice. I really think there’s a need for stronger guidance from the instructors in these classes, as it could make a big difference in the overall experience.

After trying a couple of classes, I had such high hopes for my yoga journey here. The space itself is beautiful, and the variety of classes looks promising. However, my experience was tainted by the front desk staff, who were unfortunately quite rude. I felt more like an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. It’s disheartening because I truly want to make yoga a regular part of my life. I'd suggest improving the customer service aspect, as a friendly greeting can set the tone for a great class. I just left feeling disappointed, hoping my next visit would be different.

After trying a few classes in San Jose, I really wanted to love this place, but I came away a bit disappointed, especially regarding cleanliness. The classes, like CorePower 2 and Yoga Sculpt, are fantastic, and the staff is knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable in parts. However, for a studio that promotes wellness, I expected a bit more in terms of hygiene and overall tidiness. I think if they could focus on improving those aspects, it would help create a more comfortable atmosphere for practice. Yoga is about being present and focused, and I felt like cleanliness plays a big role in that. Hoping my next visit has a different vibe!
