As soon as I stepped into the float therapy room, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The atmosphere was so inviting and serene, which made me instantly forget about the stresses of the day. Floating in that warm, Epsom salt water, it was like all my worries just floated away! I loved being weightless, and after my session, I couldn't believe how relaxed and rejuvenated I felt. The staff were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable, which added to the whole experience. I can't wait to treat myself to this occasionally when I need a break. If you're in need of some serious stress relief, I highly recommend giving float therapy a try!
