I walked in with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned into a rather frustrating experience. The first thing I noticed was the disorganization; it felt like they were really struggling with scheduling and communication. I had scheduled a service that I was excited about, but there seemed to be a mix-up. I ended up waiting for a much longer time than anticipated, and the staff didn’t acknowledge my presence or address the confusion. It left me feeling quite overlooked, and it really put a damper on my day. I really think they could benefit from being more proactive in their customer service approach – a little customer care goes a long way! Unfortunately, my experience didn't match my expectations, and I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

I can honestly say my experience with the cryo slimming session was fantastic! Megan was friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was a bit skeptical, but after just one session, I noticed visible results—not only in my body but also in my complexion after the cryo facial.
