I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first sought therapeutic support for my son in South Main, Texas. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. We had a shorter wait time than I anticipated, which was a relief. However, I couldn't shake off a feeling of disappointment with the overall cleanliness of the environment; it could definitely use some sprucing up to create a more inviting space for the kids. While the therapy sessions provided were helpful, I hope they consider making the surroundings feel a little more comfortable and fresh. All in all, it’s a decent option for those looking for support, but I think there's room for improvement.
