I can’t say I had the best experience here. I came in hoping to get some help for my bronchitis, but unfortunately, I wasn't seen. The front desk staff seemed a bit confused about my condition, which really added to my frustration. I think they could really benefit from having a better understanding of patient needs. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I wish things had gone differently, as I had heard good things about their services.

I wasn’t impressed with my experience here. I tried to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, but it felt like I was hitting a brick wall. The staff didn’t seem very responsive on the phone, which added to my frustration. I just wanted to confirm my appointment for a physical exam, and after multiple calls, I left feeling more confused than when I started. I appreciate the services offered like urgent care and workplace injury management, but I really think they need to step up their communication. It would make a world of difference!
