While I was visiting this place in Sorrento Valley, I couldn’t believe how frustrating the billing process was. I didn't expect to encounter so many issues, especially when it comes to my medical care. Each time I tried to resolve a problem, the staff seemed more annoyed than helpful, which made the experience even more hostile. I get that everyone has a busy day, but clear communication is key in a healthcare setting. I'd recommend they take the time to improve their billing practices and enhance the way they communicate with patients. Until then, I won't be returning. It's such a shame because I had high hopes for quality care.
